30 years experience in public life as an ABC journalist
Maxine started working as a cadet journalist with the ABC at the age of 21. She has won a Walkley Award and a Logie and has hosted prestigious public affairs programs such as Lateline and The 7.30 Report on ABC Television. She was also a reporter for The Bulletin from 1999 to 2004.
